They are weaker and weaker regarding ESD/EFT immunity.
I cannot say anything about the P in this regard though.
Maybe P is not related to the process (it is combined with A -PA and with B -PB) It seems PB is the newest and weakest.
Arduino UNO is the name of development board which has #microcontroller ATmega 328pu# mounted on it.
